Moondog charters operates a deep sea charter excursion boat for sport fishing, diving, and whale watching. We fish for billfish such as marlin, sailfish, and swordfish as well as dorado, tuna, wahoo, and shark in the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean.

In 1976, Captain Anderson (AKA "Moondog") began working for The Florida Institute of Technology. He worked on all five of their boats which, at the time were involved with
teaching marine biology, hard hat diving, and underwater photography.
He continued to work for The Florida Institute of Technology for another year and a half.
He then started working on ocean going tug boats, which he continued to do for the next thirteen years, where he earned his US Coast Guard Captain's license. He currently holds a thousand-ton freight and towing license.
For the last thirteen tears, he has been running a charter boat for fishing, diving, and whale watching out of Rincon P.R. He has been fishing in and out of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, since 1990.
